This fun and creative idea is as easy as 1-2-3. All you need are a few packs of plastic sheeting, duck tape, and a lot of water! After duck taping the edges of plastic sheeting together to create one giant bag to your desirable size, leave open a corner for the hose. Fill up the bag with water, tape it shut, and voila!
