We ordered this bookshelf set through Costco and waited about five weeks for it to be delivered. After reading some of the reviews on the Costco website about damage during shipping, we were concerned but when the shipment arrived yesterday and we had finished unpacking, our fears were unnecessary. The individual bookshelf units were well packed but be prepared to deal with a lot of styrofoam. Costco promises threshold delivery and that means that unboxing and disposal of the packing material is your responsibility. That said, we were very satisfied with the shipment and delivery process.
The bookshelf units, two two-drawer and one with glass doors, are excellent for the price. They’re not perfect, for example it appears that the inside of the legs didn’t receive stain, and there are a few other areas where the stain is uneven, but overall they are solid and very attractive. For us it was a very good purchase and if I could, I would rate the set 4.5 stars.
